  • Iron Bridge founded the Guam Educational Financing Foun dation to respond to Guam’s request for proposals to design, build, maintain and leaseback 5 new schools pursuant to a municipal lease.
  • Iron Bridge assembled a team of experts in the design and construction of state-of-the-art educational facilities and submitted the strongest proposal and was selected to complete the project.
  • Iron Bridge and its partners have completed over $1 billion of municipal leasing transactions and was able to impart this expertise to provide the most efficient and cost-effective execution.
  • Iron Bridge has assembled a local team of contractors, engineers and designers to assist in the completion of the project. Iron Bridge has identified private investors to provide 100% of the required funds based on the available lease payments over a 20 year term.
